Reminder!

Girls who'll be going for th Malacca Trip, please remember to make changes or adjust your full-u, as soon as possible. Ms Fong would like to do attire check tomorrrow, 27/2. For your information; this is what you're expected of:
-Full Uniform.
*Patch at the top right hand corner.
*Badges, Proficiency badges(mostly small ones) are placed at the right hand side of your sleeve. Starting from the front sleeve, 3 downwards, followed by subsequently 3 at the back sleeve, etc. Any other badges(the big ones) are placed at the left hand side of your sleeve. Sewn just like th proficiency badges. Patrol Emblem to be sewn at the top left hand corner, with Bronze badge above it.
*Skirt, knee light or slightly above knee.
*Belt. Sec1 girls whose belt are very big, please remember to punch holes.(you can get the puncher from the guides den, ask from the quartermistress.)
*Hat/Cap.
*Scarf + Trefoil. Girls without trefoils will be punished, excluding the Sec1 & those who're not enrolled yet.
*White socks + White shoes. Socks are expected to be 3 fingers above ankle.
*Hair to be plaited. Neat & tidy, fringe to be clip up.

Headquarters are very strict on attire & Ms Fong hope that all of you won't embarrased her & make a fool of yourself. Keep in mind, we've won GOLD for PNA. Remember to keep the standard and don't make people think we're not worth the gold.

Changes to the edusave payment.

Girls going for the malacca trip,
*Take note: There's a mistake to the edusave payment for the trip. Please cancel the $39 and changed it to $47.80(ask your parents to sign beside the amount) before asking your parents to sign. The school will only be subsiding 80% of the total amount, which is $239.

Remember to pass your consent form & edusave payment($47.80) to your level in-charge together with your copy of passport by monday(23/02), LATEST TUESDAY(24/02).

Regarding passport's photocopy.And, expectations.(:
Girls,
Those who're going for th Malacca trip, please be reminded to hand in copy of your passport to your level in-charge or bring your passport and hand it to ms fong personally for her to photocopy by monday. Thank you, and do remind one another. Be cooperative and I'm sure we'll have fun during the trip! Really looking forward to the trip. Are you girls looking forward to it? I hope so.[:

Sec2s, please be more proactive in whatever you do and do help in guiding along the new sec1 girls. Be mindful of others' feelings and thoughts as well.(: Do take things seriously and be a role model for the sec1s. I don't wished to scold or punish you girls, but provided you can do things properly alright? We're all sister guides, there shouldn't be any hatred or anything. I want you girls to look forward in attending all the meetings and if you do have any suggestions for guides activities, you can always tell me/jolin or any seniors about it, we welcome all suggestions & we'll be pleased as well. Those who've attend PGA Camp, I'm sure you've learnt a lot of new things, do share with the other girls, and also myself. Okay?
